Return and Refund Policy

Returns

At Desithrifthub Pakistan, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, earrings, or customized products are non-returnable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed via JazzCash or Easypaisa
• Processing time depends on your payment provider

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@Desithrifthub.pk within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference. If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us immediately at support@Desithrifthub.pk with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
• Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Watch Specific Returns

For watch returns:

• Watch must be unworn with protective films intact
• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
• Watch must not have any scratches or signs of wear
• Strap must be in original condition

Sunglasses & Eyewear Returns

For sunglasses and eyewear returns:

• Frames must be unworn and undamaged
• Lenses must be free from scratches
• Original case and cleaning cloth must be included
• No prescription lenses can be returned

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized items
• Items returned after 7 days
• Items without original packaging or tags

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

• The item received was defective
• The wrong item was shipped
• The item was damaged during shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
